Details

We can see event reported in InputReader.cpp, but we can only have reaction on volume up/down and not in power key.

One interesting thing is that power key and volume key used different devices.
Power key uses "/dev/input/event0" and volume key uses "/dev/input/event3"

It should not a HW issue since I can usd power key to boot up device.
two different input systems should used its own keylayout files.
This issue is fixed after apply correct .kl
