When user selects the'Learn More' hyperlink user is able to see the page is not mobilized

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Leo to Build ID: 20130828155538 Base Build v10a
2) Select and open on Facebook from homescreen
3) Tap on 'Sign in' button
4) Enter username and password
5) Press 'Sign In' button
6) Select 'Photo' (Top middle)
7) Select 'Adjust your default privacy settings' hyperlink
8) Select 'Privacy'
9) Scroll to bottom and select 'Data Use Policy'
10) Select 'Information we receive and how it is used' page
11) Scroll to and select 'Learn More'
12) View what happens

Actual:
When user select and opens 'Learn More' from the 'Information we receive and how it is used' page, the page does not open mobilized

Expected:
The 'Learn more' page is mobilized

Could not reproduce on 2 devices:
-Huawei device using FFOS v1.1
-Keon Geeksphone device using FFOS v1.2

Testing Steps:
-Open Facebook app and sign in
-Press Menu button on upper left side
-Scroll down and select "Terms and Policies"
-Open second option "Data Use Policy"
-Open first option "Information we receive and how it's used"
-The page is fully mobilized.
