 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Enter setting then change language to Deutsch 
 2.Launch the contacts app->press the "+" button ->check the screen, find some words are translated abnormally--KO

 KO:The language should be translated normally

As the picture in the attachement show,

    the English content is :
       Comment;
       Add Comment;

    the Deutsch content is :
       Notizen;
       Notz hinzufugen;

    So, the word 'Comment' is translated to different word "Notizen" and "Notiz".
    Is that right??

Yes this is the right translation for German. Notiz is the singular of Notizen.
