https://wiki.mozilla.org/WebAPI/AudioChannels The link above defined the Web API for AudioChannels but the volume control on each channel is via key/value pairs in mozSettings (This can't be pushed as standard.). I think we should define a new Web API in AudioChannelManager for controlling volume.
