When there are more than 3 SL messages in notification tray, open either first or last one, it will not open the message with sender's number and content inside, rather it will open an empty message with title "wap-push-message". No such issue on SI messages or only 2 SL message received.

1. Send 3 SL to DUT (via NowSMS)
2. Drag down notification bar, select the top or bottom one.

* Expected Result
Message can be opened with content inside and title is sender's number.

* Actual Result
Empty message with "wap-push-message" title.
