Truncation
* Description:
This problem happens on v1.2 build(M-C).
If user enabled many keyboards, the truncation happens on layout selection menu.
Attaching the screenshot.
* Reproduction steps:
1. Enable many keyboards
2. Launch browser app
3. Tap URL field
4. Long press the Global key after keyboard pop up.
* Expected result:
The layout selection menu pops up
* Actual result:
the truncation happens on layout selection menu
