When user selects 'http://www.aboutads.info.choices' hyperlink user is able to see that the page is not mobilized

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Leo to Build ID: 20130828155538 Base Build v10a
2) Select and open on 'AccuWeather' from homescreen
3) Scroll to and select 'Privacy'
4) Scroll to and select 'http://www.aboutads.info.choices' 
hyperlink
5) View what is listed

Actual: Webpage is not mobilized

Expected: Page is fully mobilized

Can we get that to P3 or less? This seems to be only one external link, 3 clicks deep in some privacy page.

The solution here is to open the link (and all other external links) in a new window, so it doesn't impact the AccuWeather app experience.

We see that People complain about ads.., it is true that it would not be common someone going to this link but it could happen: someone tired of the ads want to know more about the policies of having ads in an app, he/she could go to this link and first see, it is not mobilized  having problems with cookies and second you cannot comeback to the app so you need to kill it for using it again. It is a minor bug for sure! but they have control of what they have in their app.

Yes, we do have control over what we link to on our mobile web site and purpose of the links in our privacy section are to provide the interested users more information about the advertising industry. Although we do not have control over how another publisher decided to create their site, we can make sure these links open in a new page. This has been on our to-do list for some time, but this is extremely minor for us in the grand scheme of things. We will, however, make sure these pages open in new browsers windows in our next release.

All links pointing to external properties in our Privacy page are now opening in new windows.
