On constrained devices, we will probably use https://github.com/mozilla/scrypt-helper. This ticket tracks implementing an HTTP client library to that service.

Hmm. We're not using it, and likely won't; but we have good code with r+ (that I don't want to land). If we close the ticket, it's likely to get lost. Whatever.
