From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.77 [en] (Win98; U) BuildID: 20010713?? When email address is found via LDAP search and the name found includes a comma, then the name should be enclosed in quotes: "John Doe, Jr" <jdoe@somehost.com> This type email address is missing the quotes, thus causing mail to fail when attempting to 'send'. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. I think above explanation should be ok 2. 3.
