This currently causes all of the build jobs to go orange.
OS: Mac OS X → Windows Server 2008
Hardware: x86 → x86_64
Blocks: 784681
Apparently this got better at some point, maybe when we stopped running jit-tests twice per run, but since we introduced a second silent orange with no message in the meantime, I didn't notice.
