913012 - Update forced versions for correlations for Firefox cycle starting 2013-09-17

We'll uplift another set of Firefox versions on September 16, so we'll need to update the forced versions for correlation again in that week.
I'll do that patch again, no big deal anyhow. :)

We should get that shipped to Socorro prod in the same week, if possible, I'm not sure right now what target milestone that is.
