With bug 82573 "Postscript margins are being applied 2 times" fixed, the margins for the header and footer look to be 0.0 inches. Most printer cannot print margins set to 0. Can we make this a preference or set the header/footer margins to 0.25 inches?
duplicate of (reopened) bug 82573?
I dont think you would want the header and footers to use the margins.. but I could set them in a quarter inch from the page size to make sure there are seen.. does that make sense.
Setting the header/footer margins to 0.25 inch sounds good to me.
Don- If you have a fix for this can you please attach the patch file. Also, I would like to target this for 0.9.3 since your other margin fix has been checked in. Thanks!

Don, can we make these margin values a preference (use nsMargin)? I have found some cases where some of the HP DeskJet printers will not print the footer because it is too close to the bottom. :-( I have sent HP some e-mail to find out if this is a driver or printer issue. Making these values a preference would make it more flexible to handle printer cases like this.
I think that is another bug.. and that is a UI issue. There are alot of preferences wanted for printing.. this being one of them.
