test_search_combined_filters (socorro.unittest.external.elasticsearch.test_search.FunctionalElasticsearchSearch) hangs forever.

Help! :)

I'd prefer that this test not run when ES is not available.  Or at least timeout :)
We used to have a default timeout of 2 seconds for local tests, and of 30 seconds for jenkins. At some point in the review process, I changed that default to 30 seconds for local as well, but I now feel that was a mistake. We should probably take it back down to something between 2 and 5 seconds.
