This is a meta bug to track creating a set of tools that are targeted to make daily crash watching/analysis tasks easier.

We don't want to have comments or actions on bugs performed automatically as that and the resulting bugmail can be annoying, but we want to automate the data-gathering as far as possible and make it faster and more efficient to perform those daily tasks.

Examples would be (dependent bugs to be filed):
- look for open crash bugs, check if signatures still happen, list/highlight bugs where they are gone
- check for topcrash ranks of (signatures from) release-tracked bugs
- check if bugs marked topcrash are still in topcrash ranges; check if all topcrashes have accordingly marked bugs

I'm filing this under Socorro as all the dependencies will use Socorro data in some way. This doesn't mean that all those tools need to be part of Socorro itself.
