I thought it would let me edit the bookmark properties. But instead it lets me edit what goes into that spot on the about:home screen. Even for doing that I had to actually do it to figure out what it was doing, because it pops up a dialog with no title bar or indication of what's happening, other than telling me to "enter a search keyword" and filtering on that keyword.

I guess should at least add a proper empty state for the UI which might include adding a title bar to the dialog and a text blob clarifying the intent of the dialog. Ian?
