Details

This bug is blocking so very important bugs that would finally allow us to have
title tips for cropped text (e.g., subject line, bookmark in sidebar, folder
names, etc.)
Copying keywords from bug 32157 due to dependancy.

Suggest priority: P1, and TM: 0.9.3 (see also bug 74831).
