Steps to reproduce: 1. Open any page 2. Open Responsive Design View Actual result: Navigation bar and search box move up (with animation) about 30 pixels, then down by the same amount. Expected result: Switching between normal view and Responsive Design View (or the other way around) should not cause the navigation bar and the search box to move.
The phone view rearranges the stacking look of the navbar. There isn't enough room to keep as is.

What I mean is, the search box and the navigation bar jump. They move up and then immediately move back down, with animation in both directions.

Summary: When switching between normal view and Responsive Design View, navigation bar and search box move → When switching between normal view and Responsive Design View, navigation bar and search box jump up, then immediately back down
I was wrong about animation on the way up. Animation only happens on the way back down. Also, it appears the magnifying glass icon moves along with this. Here's a video: http://www.screencast.com/users/openjck/folders/Default/media/2e9a7ff2-981d-424b-b5eb-b6d62ffd2fe5
This no longer happens due to nav menu change I made.
