We have some examples like init scripts checked in, but we should make sure Socorro can be brought up with nothing but the public docs. Apache configuration is a big one that comes to mind.

I seem to recall there being talk about making Mozilla's puppet repo public, this would be great too! But I think we should still have something (very simple) checked in and in the install docs, since Mozilla runs a very complex install.

Feels like this strikes a good balance, I've added comments for things that don't feel self-explanatory.
