the browser will crash out with:

whenever the mousepointer is moved over status bar icons such as Mail or 
Composer. If the mousepointer is not moved over these icons the browser will 
work fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Mozilla.exe
2.When fully loaded (no HDD activity), move pointer to one of status bar icons.
3.

Actual Results:  Browser crash, memory error.

Expected Results:  No crash

completely deleted out /bin directory of previous mozilla zip/talkback extract. 
STarted with a completely new directory.
wfm with win2k build 20010719..

Not sure what you mean by posting a talkback#...sorry
saw this on linux in a cvs build from yesterday. Crash is somehow spawned some
second after any toltips displays, it's font related, and crash goes away if i
disable tooltips.
you are right. I am getting the same thing. If I disable tooltips the crash
doesn't happen with mouseover. You believe it is font-related?
am at work. will post backtrace in about two hours.

as far as i remember the stacktrace from yesterday, this looks like a dup of new
blocker bug 91479. Marking as such.
