On pages with some header depth and more than 9 headers in a section the numbers overlap the links.

David: is there a trivial fix that would make it less ugly, like pushing the text to the right? We would loose the alignment, but we won't have the overlapping any more.
That would make it acceptable for the launch while we find a better solution for the future?

As of this moment, those numbers don't correlate to anything, so I'm all ears as to what to do. I could use tables if we want to keep the numbers. If we do keep the numbers, we should add them to the content too, but if we don't care about numbers, let's ditch them. IMO.
