Follow-up bug to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=907734#c11 to make more database access methods public in order to use them in tests.

From a first look good candidates would be:
* private static final String[] DEFAULT_BOOKMARK_COLUMNS
* addBookmarkItem(ContentResolver cr, String title, String uri, long folderId)
* getFolderIdFromGuid(ContentResolver cr, String guid)
* desktopBookmarksExist(ContentResolver cr)
* getAllHistoryUri()
* getAllBookmarksUri()
