What did you do?
================
Access a page with tags on a small screen.
What happened?
==============
The tags are listed before the content
What should have happened?
==========================
The tags should be listed after the content, they are a very secondary piece of information.
Is there anything else we should know?

I agree with Jean-Yves; the tags should be above the content, not below it. They're about to become a lot more important than they are now, and we want people to think about and see them.

I want them below the content, not above. The user don't care about them.

Oh. I misunderstood. I misread this bug, in fact, and thought it was a different one entirely.
The tag list should go below in this case, yes.

This will need to be done with JavaScript sniffs :(

We're going to move tags to the bottom of the docs in all cases, so this is invalid now.
