The webapps actor isn't doing what expected on Android and could cause problems (for example it will prevent to actually install apps that were previously installed through the webapps actor).

Talked to the dev tools guys. There's no simple flag for this, we'll have to add one. Probably here:

But I don't think this is that big of a problem for us yet.

I'm not working on this. The webapps actor actually partially works already in us. It would be nice to get the rest working if possible (but it looks like it will be tough, since we'd need to send the app data through without a synth apk....)

Per bug 1235869, we're going to disable the Android web runtime, so we won't fix this bug in it.

(This is part of a bulk resolution of bugs in the Firefox for Android::Web Apps component, from which I attempted to exclude bugs that are not specific to the runtime, but it's possible that I included one accidentally.  If so, I'm sorry, and please reopen the bug!)
