915304 - String adjustments and link for Android Device signature summary section

I'd like two small (string) adjustments to the "Android Device Crashes:" section on signature summary:

For one thing, I think renaming it to "Mobile Devices:" would be good ("Mobile" instead of "Android" as we have the same fields for B2G and will want to reuse this there, and removal of "Crashes" as this data is on crashes anyhow, no need to call that out again).

For the other, I think we should change the label of "API Version" to "API Level" actually to match the usage on e.g. Wikipedia, and link this header to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Android_%28operating_system%29#Platform_usage so that people easily find where to look up what those API levels refer to.
