STR:
1. load this site in Aurora with the netmonitor open. Note that app.js shows up
2. load in current nightly - app.js is not there!

Update, after some testing and general confusion it looks like builds from the 11th work and builds from the 12th do not - probably a good place to start.

Update 2: this appears to be fixed in Nightly 27 and Aurora 26, sort of:
* doing a hard refresh eg Cmd+Shift+r on Mac app.js always appears:

* refreshing normally misses some traffic:
http://goo.gl/fKqhhI
