The Serbian community would like to host their support forums on SUMO. We should do for them what we did for pt-BR already. IIRC that is:

* Redirect their AAQ flow to post into the forums
* Set up the forums to show Serbian content (not sure what is required for this)
* Add them to Support Forum Metrics

Did I miss anything?

I *think* all we have to do is add Serbian to AAQ_LANGUAGES in settings.py and the rest will just happen automatically. It should be that easy :)

Well, that would be great. We can then work with the community on when exactly to launch this.

Michelle, Madalina, do you guys have a preferred date for Serbian?

We have two different serbian locales in SUMO:

* Serbian Cyrillic (sr-Cyrl)
* Serbian Latin (sr-Latn)

It looks like sr-Cyrl is the common one since we direct sr to sr-Cyrl. Also, sr-Cyrl is the only one with any L10n activity lately.

Do I just enable sr-Cyrl or both?

We can do both. From what I can tell, sr-Latn is kind of dead though. Up to you all!

Serbian is postponed until December so let's also postpone this. Ricky let's aim for mid-November?

I don't think it makes sense to have two forums as it would be too hard to manage. Serbian Latin is not maintained and hardly used. I suggest we direct all sr-Latn to Cyrilic. If users want to post questions in Latin that's absolutely fine we can manage that.

I was just afraid that those ones using latin will be discouraged to ask qqs on a forum in cyrilic.But if Madalina thinks that's no problem, she.s the expert.i'll go ahead with that

I'm working with the Serbian community now to understand which alphabet makes more sense. Will get back with the result.

We've remove sr-Latn from SUMO. So the only question remaining is: when can we enable it?
