We still have some templates using the old base template 'base-old.html', let's update those to use 'base.html'! A (maybe incomplete list) ./mozillians/phonebook/templates/phonebook/confirm_delete.html ./mozillians/phonebook/templates/phonebook/invited.html ./mozillians/phonebook/templates/phonebook/location-list.html ./templates/404.html ./templates/500.html
