Please set up a SSL Endpoint and load balancer on AWS that can act as a frontend for the AWS-hosted telemetry-server. The SSL Cert for incoming.telemetry.mozilla.org will be available once the VIP in bug 911309 gets set up. Ideally, I would like to have access to add/remove nodes from the pool.

I added the cert in us-west-2. So now an ELB can be spun up and serve the SSL for incoming.telemetry.mozilla.org.
