Optional step: zoom in to feel the choppiness even more Actual results: Scrolling is very choppy. Expected results: Scrolling should be smooth

FWIW, with svg.display-lists.painting.enabled;false is slightly faster as in Firefox Versions before that pref got "true" default-wise.
Seems to have gotten better.
