Mac does not have ISO-8859-13 fonts officially.
However, the apprunner tries to display the different glyphs.

step of repoduce
1. go to above URL
2. select menu View|Character Set->ISO-8859-13

Apprunner should not display any glyphs.
Priority: P3 → P2
Target Milestone: M9
If the Mac fonts do not have the corresponding codepoints, then
we should render some sort of "no-glyph" glyph, but what Teruko
showed me was that incorrect glyphs were being rendered. E.g.,
ISO-8859-13 0xD0 is a CAPITAL S HACEK (U-0160),
but was displayed as a CAPITAL D BAR (U-0110).

Teruko, Can you attach a screen shot?

Is this a Mac only bug ? Which code point it does not display correct ? Is 0xd0
the only one ?
Frank,
Yes, this is only MAC problem. I will show to you when you come back to work since I am not sure how attachment
works in bugzilla.
Target Milestone: M9 → M11
It turns out that we need 2 additional things to display
Baltic characters correctly.

1. MacCE script bundle.
2. Central European fonts such as "HelveticaCE".

I've place these necessary files in the "IQA Mac serever |
Personal archive | Kat" Folder.
You'll find a folder called "ce stuff".
Copy this folder to your hard disk.
Then drag "slovak", "slovensk" and "CE" to your System folder.
MacOS will then place them in the right folders.

There is also an image file in there called CZ-7.01-font.image or
something. If you mount this using DiskCopy, you will find a bunch
of MacCE fonts which then can be used for Baltic languages.

Please use these and re-test this problem. (Thanks, Frank, for
helping us update the info for the M8 release notes.)
After I copied the "slovak", "slovensk", and "CE" to my System folder and
I restarted the system, I retested this.
I still cannot see the correct characters.
When I tested this earlier, system did not bundle correctly.
I tried this again. The page is displayed correct ISO-8859-13 characters.

Target Milestone: M11 → M9
mark it WORKSFORME since teruko say she can now display it correctly. Change it
back to M9 since this is WORDFORME in M9 already.

I verified this in 8-16 Mac build.
Status: VERIFIED → REOPENED
I tested this in 110408-M11 Mac build. ISO-8859-13 page displays the wrong
glyphs. I am using Mac 8.6 Japanese system with CE stuff, "slovak", "slovensk",
and "CE".
Resolution: WORKSFORME → ---
teruko, do you have CE scriptBundle (a file) install into your Japanese MacOS
when you install the font ?
Target Milestone: M9 → M12
Frank, I have modified the milestone from M9 to M12; please modify as needed if
this is incorrect.
Target Milestone: M12 → M9
teruko, I think you forgot to install CE fonts....
