Description:
If a user is composing an email, receives a SMS notification, pulls down the notification bar, presses the "Home" button on the device and then pulls down the notification bar again, a crash will occur.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Buri Build ID: 20130916040205
2) Open the Email app.
3) Tap the icon in the top right corner of the screen to compose a new email.
4) Tap the "To" field and enter in an email address.
5) Tap the "Subject" field and enter in text.
6) Tap text into the body of the email.
7) Send a text message to the test phone from another phone.
8) Pull down the notification bar.
9) Press the "Home Button" on the phone to return home while the notification bar is open.
10) Pull down the notification bar again.

Actual:
The phone will crash.

Expected:
The user is able to compose an email and check notifications repeatedly without issue.

Bug 915869 has the same stack, duping that to that bug since it is probably another manifestation of the graphics issue in that bug. Also as a side note I cannot reproduce this crash using the STR and today's nightly build.
