Details

Stale Window = window that's been open for a while and left idle.  Can be a few
minutes or a few hours.  Attempting to type in the location window or the search
sidebar in the browser will result in nothing changing and the back, forward,
and reload buttons may or may not remanin functional.
This is not tied to any particular URL.
Using the windowshade feature on the window will generally fix the problem and
allow normal input.
Chatzilla is also affected and cleared in the same fashion.
