[Contacts] Importing from SIM a contact without phone number, will add an empty phone for that contact

Empty phone number
Master 09/16 build: Gecko-afc0d27 Gaia-84e2d96 STR In order to have a contact without phone number in the SIM card, previously a contact the contact is imported into one device and there it is exported to SIM. This SIM is then used in our DuT and the contact is imported from there. EXPECTED If there is not phone number, the field should not be created empty. This could cause problems when matching/merging. For example, when importing from the SIM twice, the contacts is duplicated. ACTUAL A phone field is created empty. See screenshot attached.
