Details
Mozilla needs a way, similar to the junkbuster proxy, of denying by default all
cookies, except ones the use has specified.
Accept+Warning is very annoying, eventually creates a HUGE database of cookie sites.
I tried manually to set my cookie sites in cookperm.txt, but then you disable
cookies in the prefs, even sites with explicit 'This site can set cookies'
permission aren't allowed to get and set cookies.

This is a dupe of Bug 75915 - "Cannot block all cookies EXCEPT for those sites
specifically allowed access to place cookies."
