Filing this on behalf of a developer who did not like the fact that he was not even aware of the "User Watching" feature in Bugzilla, so an unfriendly person was able to easily follow all the developer's actions on Bugzilla and was always well-aware of potential bug reports being worked on with the potential for creating tension. The developer would have prefered to be at least aware of it, some kind of notification. Be it next time he logged in, or by an email (like "X now follows your actions on Bugzilla" or so).
