If you look at e.g. bp-e14d9639-b7cc-4f0e-aa95-ecd1f2130918, the abort messages is mixed with completely unrelated information in the App Notes field.

That message should be moved to its own annotation instead, so we can analyze it with the Socorro API, "supersearch", etc.

Simple, includes a test. (I have a patch in my queue ahead of this one that runs dos2unix on test_crash_runtimeabort.js.)
