Description:
The name of the keyboard menu in the settings app appears to be rendered in Turkish when the device language is set to English.

Repro Steps:
1. Update Buri device to 1.2 moz build 20130920004004.
2. Set language to English during the FTU.
3. Open the Settings app.
4. Scroll down to the keyboard menu.
5. Observe that the title of the keyboard menu appears to be rendered in Turkish as "Klavye", though the device language is set to English.

Actual:
Keyboard menu name in settings is displayed in Turkish.

Expected:
Keyboard menu name in settings is displayed in the currently selected language.

It is still reproduce in today's buri pvt master build.
It might appear in different languages when you switch to another language and switch back.
