I'm attaching a diff for the following problems in mail_help.html. 1. Some "Return to beginning of section" missing. 2. Some <p> tags missing, causing incorrect font. 3. One "Return to beginning of section" nested incorrectly.

fixes checked in to commercial tree.

You know this bug kind of makes me laugh. There is a patch attached. All that needs to happen is for the patch to be applied. robin, can you r= the patch? I'll check it in.
