91938 - offline state isn't saved across restart

Build is from July 23, 2001.

If I am offline, shut down the browser and restart it it comes up as online the
next time that I start the browser.  I have the preference set in prefs that
says to save the state across restarts properly.

Hey Chris.
I assume you are talking about the pref:
 When starting Netscape 6
  -ask  me if I want online/offline mode
  -Use my previous online/offline state

I assume you have only one profile (more than 1 will
ignore that pref, this is based on my recollection
of what 4.x did).

If I am correct, the bug you are intested in is
bug 82487 and it's mushroomed from a gui pref
not working to some major serious rewriting of
network code?

Anyways, let me know and I'm dupe this bug.
