I think it's a bug in the metrics dashboard because our prototype dashboard is showing much higher submission counts http://telemetry-dash.mozilla.org/#nightly/27/CYCLE_COLLECTOR/saved-session eg 80K vs 17K in metrics dash

     We are having ES issues which caused our aggregates to fail. We fixed it on Friday and running back fills for few days of data. That's the reason why the metrics dashboard showing less data. Once these jobs are done. I'll update the bug.
