Description:
When the user visits www.cnn.com, the user is unable to zoom in.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri Build ID: 20130918004001
2) Go to Browser app
3) Go to www.cnn.com
4) Zoom in using outward pinch gesture

Actual:
Unable to zoom in 

Expected:
Able to zoom in

The mobile CNN page sets a meta-viewport tag that prevents it from being zoomed. This is expected behaviour. See my longer comment at bug 919039 comment 15.
