Details

I will be receiving refund requests from users who have made marketplace purchases. I'd like access to the lookup tool with appropriate permissions to grant refunds.

First I'd like to ensure they work, they haven't add a full end to end test.

The "manual" refund part is working as far as I can tell. Will ask for access for this. The permissions required are: Transaction:View Transaction:Refund
