Details

Build: linux, win32 and mac 07/23 branch build. When selecting Edit as New on a forwarded news article, the forwarded message is quoted in eml format in mail body. Steps to reproduce: 1. Forward a news article as attachment to your account. 2. After received, select Message | Edit as New You'll see on the mail compose window, the forwarded message is quoted in eml format in mail body.
I don't see this problem! WFM
