In bug 914318 API-Fallback header was added to the responses of rocketfuel API, we want this for the search/featured endpoint as well.

Fixed in https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/commit/adae698069c5a9da9ff996619372e7b528e76c9c
API-Fallback-featured, API-Fallback-operator and API-Fallback-collection will be present in search/featured responses if the fallback was used for the corresponding collection types.
