Steps To reproduce:
1. Open ScratchPad
2. Type text using IME(IME2010, ATOK maybe)

3. Attempt to Segment Width Shrink(Shift Left Arrow)
4. Attempt to Segment Width Expand(Shift Right Arrow)
5. Attempt to Segment Focus Left(Left Arrow)
6. Attempt to Segment Focus Right(Right Arrow)

Actual Results:
These IME functions do not work

These IME functions should work properly

Scratchpad was removed in Bug 1519103 (Firefox 72). You can check the alternative in https://wiki.developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Deprecated_tools#Scratchpad .

The Scratchpad bug list was reviewed and I think this bug can be safely closed.
