Social API promo on Mozilla.org isn't happening. We need to remove the branches where this content lives from Bedrock.

Let's expand this into a general "cleanup the bedrock repo" task since there are a lot of old branches lingering in addition to the social API ones. Most can be deleted, several are still in progress, and a few we may want to archive. I'll start building a list of branches I know are safe for deletion and chase down answers on any I'm unsure of.

After a long overdue and very cathartic purge of stale branches, the mozilla/bedrock repo is down to only 8 branches at the moment: master, two archived branches we want to preserve, and five in active development.
The Fx17 social API branches that started this ball rolling are gone along with 43 other branches that we didn't need; the ghosts of pull requests past. This house is clean. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nGcTcDcrx9s
