Rather than continue to maintain two tools to perform these tests, we should migrate the existing test functionality into the make test-perf target.
b2gperf may still be relevant for just app launch testing for those not working directly on Gaia (app developers for example).

I think we've decided that the fps measurements produced by b2gperf aren't especially useful, so let's just migrate the app startup times.
