Steps to reproduce:
I opened a page then waited for it to finish loading. After this, I scrolled the page.
Actual results:
When scrolling down, black parts appear on top. When scrolling up, black marks appear at bottom. (attached photo shows black part within the red rectangle)
Expected results:
There should be no appearance of black marks
