What did you do?

1. Visit https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Guide/API/Camera or any page with code and tables.
2. Resize smaller and smaller
What happened?

What should have happened?
==========================
- There's a huge margin on the left, which shouldn't happen
- Prism blocks should be max-width of the width of the page
- The title of the page should have less line height
- The title of the page should probably also be a smaller font size
- Tables shouldn't break the layout (they should either get smaller or collapse under some kind of expander).
Is there anything else we should know?

Need to fix this - marking as a duplicate of the overall small screen bug, which is a priority before launch...
