920853 - English keyboard is not selectable in Settings::Keyboards

STR:

Flash the phone then complete these steps:

1. Open Settings app.
2. Tap Keyboards.
3. Tap Selected keyboards. [1]
4. Tap Add more keyboards. [2]
5. Check "English keyboard".
6. Open Contacts app.
7. Click "Add new contact" button.
8. Tap on "Name" field. [3]

Expected results:

[1] English keyboard and Number keyboard are displayed.
[2] English and Number keyboards are checked.
[3] English keyboard pops up to allow text entry.
 
Actual results:

[1] Only number keyboard is displayed.
[2] Only number keyboard is checked.
[3] No keyboard pops up to allow text entry.

Note that if you select a different keyboard via the Settings app (e.g., a Spanish keyboard) then it works and will pop up when tying in a field, but if you add the English keyboard in addition to the Spanish keyboard, the English keyboard is not added.

It seems this is also regressed by bug 913782.
And we have backed out that with Gaia commit 73460187f0db40198dee1592a441076b29f2c850.

Thanks for raising this up and please let us know if you still can reproduce this.
